New for Medicom Toy’s Vinyl Collectible Dolls (VCD) series, is this Hello Kitty vinyl figure. The toy is a collaborative design between Kuntzel & Deygas and in their typical style, the figure includes the Caperino & Peperone characters as special imprints that only appears when the lights are off.
